The Scottish Bee Company rescued the natural by-product of kimchi brine and combined with their pure Scottish blossom honey to bring you a delightfully sweet and mildly spicy condiment to experiment with your dishes.

Scottish Honey (80%), Kimchi Liquor (20%) (Spring Onion, Red Pepper Powder, Red Miso Paste (Soybean, Rice, Yeast, Ethyl Alcohol, Koji, Salt), Ginger, Garlic, Salt, Sugar). Will contain traces of the other kimchi ingredients (Chinese Cabbage, Carrots).
