This Salsa Romesco is a Spanish style tomato salsa created with Jose Pizarro.

With a full bodied, traditional taste, was originally created by fisherman of coastal areas in Catalonia, blending tomatoes, nuts and warming spices to serve over fish. Best gently warmed first to intensify those flavours.
